Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully disassemble and repackage your sauna or accessories in the original shipping crates to ensure the natural wood remains protected during transit.

Schedule Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the shipment directly from your property.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the items for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
